Merchants can not claim that CBD, Hemp and Hemp-Derived products can be used to cure any ailments. Even though they’ve been documented to help, merchants are not allowed to make any claims.
Claims by Merchants
It is understandable that it has shown that CBD, Hemp and Hemp-Derived products have positive effects for many ailments. However, it can react to people differently and merchants are not doctors so they can’t actually make a diagnosis. Even doctors can’t make certain diagnoses, it is relatively new and it is not down to a certain science. Doctors can’t say with 100% certainty that they could take a certain amount of CBD drops or a couple of puffs of hemp to treat ailments.
It basically comes down to uneducated claims. Merchants are NOT doctors.
